At Aviator Coffee Co. we believe coffee shouldn’t just be a caffeine fix, it should be an experience. 

 

Based in Farnborough, we started this journey as two coffee fanatics who were tired of the "big brand" status quo. For too long, the industry has been dominated by giants chasing profit margins at the expense of quality and flavour. This drove our desire to source the best possible experience when it comes to coffee. The same desire led us through the extensive variations of coffee available today, from instant, to coffee pods, even coffee bags until finally discovering the stark contrast with freshly ground coffee.

But even this was tainted with stale, bland beans with no character, and we knew we could do better. And that's exactly what we set out to do. We put ourselves through a a series of learning experiences, including roasting courses and local roasteries, hours of online coffee videos and even Barista training to truly understand what it is to brew coffee.

 

The years of personal study have allowed us to be confident that we understand what makes a great roast, and we want to share that with everyone else. And in paying homage to our hometown, that was when Aviator Coffee took flight.
